According to the market demand,we have successively developed new applications such as laminating rubber stopper, pre-filling rubber stopper,silicone free rubber stopper and retention needle rubber stopper.

Our laboratory has more than 100 inspection instruments and facilities,which can track and monitor the raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products during the whole production process. The production environment and process water in the workshop are also closely monitored to ensure that our products are reliable and safe. By using a washing machine with self-cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning functions,and using a unique siliconization process,our products are uniformly siliconized and has a higher cleanlin.

We have 20000 square meters GMP standard workshop,which is in strict accordance with the requirements of the State Food and Drug Administration for the production environment of class III packaging materials. The workshop is equipped with a central air-conditioning purification system,all the inner packaging rooms meet the standard of class 10000,and part of them meet the standard.
